How to call upon the guarantor?

Only the French version is legally valid.


If you wish to make a claim under the Completion or Reimbursement Guarantee, you must provide the following information:


Completing an online claim form via the link included in the email sent by our customer service department or by logging on via the following link: XXXX ;


You must accompany your declaration with a complete and legible copy of the following documents

  1. identity cards of all the declarants ;
  2. signed contracts (compromise, notarial deed); 
  3. Copy of credit contract, mortgage and credit balance;
  4. specifications ;
  5. invoices paid to the developer during the construction period with proof of payment;
  6. any document recording a modification to the plans, the specifications, or more generally to the project;
  7. minutes of site meetings;
  8. documents attesting to the Insured's Default;
  9. any other document that you consider useful for the handling of your claim
  10. for the purposes of the fight against money laundering, a declaration by you on the origin of the funds used by you for the acquisition and/or work on the Building.


The Guarantor reserves the right to defer its commitments if these documents have not been sent to it.
